12 Weeks to Tranquility and Insight

Have you ever wanted to learn meditation, or have tried and find it difficult to maintain your focus? 


Let me guide you through 12 weeks of different meditative practices.


Even if you have a meditative practice already, I offer a range of different techniques to enhance your practice.


This is a non-religious course incorporating a range of techniques from Zen Buddhism to spiritual visualisations.

Weeks One to Three: Stilling the Pond


In these first few weeks, we will focus on the basics of meditation, including the breath, body, and mind. By stilling the pond of your mind, you'll learn to find greater clarity and focus in your daily life.


Weeks Four to Six: Gaining Insight


Looking within can be challenging, but it's an essential part of any meditative practice. During these weeks, we'll explore techniques for facing reality, seeing your true self, and gaining deeper insight into your inner world.


Weeks Seven to Nine: Being with Oneself


Finding peace and wisdom within yourself is a key component of any meditation practice. During these weeks, we'll focus on techniques for being with yourself, seeing things as they really are, and accessing your inner wisdom.


Weeks Ten to Twelve: Developing the Practice


In our final weeks together, we'll dive deeper into meditation techniques, including understanding chakras, creating sacred spaces, and practising guided meditations. You'll leave this course with a range of techniques to enhance your meditation practice, and a deeper understanding of the transformative power of meditation.


Each week we will practise some techniques then have a longer, guided meditation. There will be time for questions, discussion and sharing of experiences.
